Just drop us a line.

No real name. No pressure. No perfect explanation.
Just write — we give you honest, straightforward answers.

Your request.

Just tell us briefly what it’s about. A clear direction is enough.

DISCREET

Your email stays with us. No newsletter, no tracking.

PERSONAL

An answer from a human, within 24 h on business days.

NO PRESSURE

You only explain what you want to explain.

Read by a human in Germany, not by a system.

Only as much as necessary.

For the first message, a reply address and a short note on what it’s about are enough — nothing more.

  • If it’s about your profile, a profile name or link helps us.
  • If it’s about a purchase, delivery or a download, the order number or the product name helps us.
  • A postal address only matters when something has to be shipped: print guide, shirt or merch item.

Keep private and creator communication cleanly apart.

Our recommendation: for messages around your creator/adult topics, simply use a separate email address that isn’t tied to your private everyday life. This is of course not mandatory — but it’s a simple, clean solution if private and creator communication should stay apart.

Example: setting up a neutral address with Proton Mail
  1. Create a free account on the official Proton Mail website.
  2. Don’t use your real first or last name as the username.
  3. Avoid anything that hints at your hometown, private socials, employer or private nicknames.
  4. Keep the address neutral — for example a made-up name, your creator name or a plain contact term.
  5. After logging in, check the display name: Settings → All settings → Identity and addresses → Display name and signature.
  6. No real name in the display name either. Leave the signature empty or keep it neutral.
  7. Use this address only for creator/adult communication and store the login details safely.

The goal isn’t to become invisible. The goal is a clean separation between private everyday life and creator/adult communication.

Direct is fine. Shady is not.

That’s our principle for everything else: no false promises, no guarantees of success, and no sales pressure. You get an honest assessment of what makes sense — and what doesn’t.

Adult can be direct. The work behind it has to stay professional.
